
Baked Feta Cheese Pasta
This baked feta cheese pasta is a simple, 5-ingredient recipe that comes together in just 30 minutes. Perfectly creamy, flavorful, and effortlessly elegant — comfort food made easy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 block (about 7 ounces) feta cheese
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place the cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss to coat.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes and drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is soft.
- While baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the feta and tomatoes together to create a sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the dish, tossing to combine. If needed, use the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
