Baked Feta Cheese Pasta

This baked feta cheese pasta is a simple, 5-ingredient recipe that comes together in just 30 minutes. Perfectly creamy, flavorful, and effortlessly elegant — comfort food made easy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block (about 7 ounces) feta cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes and drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is soft.
  5. While baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the feta and tomatoes together to create a sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the dish, tossing to combine. If needed, use the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
